Every Petting Things product is covered for 30 days from the day it arrives. If you or your pet are not happy for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase in full.

To start a return, message us through the contact page with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong. We reply within 24 hours on business days.

Damaged or wrong item: send a photo with your order number and we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund right away. You do not need to send the wrong item back.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks post the credit within 5 to 10 business days.
